The information letter contains general information about the event. All reservations are binding. The information letter and the tickets in your Kide.app wallet are not personalized. You will receive and pick up your personal ticket from the port on the day of departure with an ID. After choosing the desired cabin class, the travel manager has 25 minutes to fill in all the passenger information and complete the reservation.
